Our resort representatives and / or local agents / appointed personnel, who generally live in or near the resort, will be available during your holiday to provide you with assistance and information and to ensure that your holiday runs as smoothly as possible. Please note that on Ambassador cruise holidays you will be looked after by the crew and not a rep per se. On the India tours your host will be the driver/guide. And in North Cyprus, Dalyan and certain other resorts your host will be a member of the hotel’s staff or the hotel owner.
All resorts, hotels, tours and cruises have been chosen with great care but they have not necessarily been chosen for their creature comforts, international restaurants or Olympic-size swimming pools (indeed, some featured properties are not officially classified). It could be that the location and views are exceptional or, perhaps, the owners treat guests like long- lost family; or, because the hotel offers great value for money. Whatever the reason, all our resorts and properties are clearly described and always give an honest idea as to what to expect in terms of comfort, facilities and overall holiday enjoyment value.
The star rating we show for each hotel, cruise or tour is based on Travel One’s assessment of the facilities, customer feedback and overall holiday enjoyment provided. Where appropriate, we also give the official category which has been awarded by the relevant country’s authorities.
Please note that Travel One does not have exclusivity in any brochured hotel, cruise or tour. Other guests, therefore, may be sharing the relevant facilities.
If booking more than 12 weeks prior to departure, the deposit is just £200 per person on all holidays except long-haul holidays such as India and the No-Fly cruises. Please contact our reservations department for deposit information on these holidays. In some cases you may be asked for a higher deposit amount to cover the cost of your flight.
Discounts are valid from 1 October 2022 until further notice and apply to all holidays in this brochure / website (except cruises) departing on or after 1 May 2023 (special offers are not included). All discounts shown are not combinable (except for the ‘recommend a friend’ offer) and no alternatives, cash or otherwise, will be considered.
Book on or before 31 January 2023 and all prices shown in the brochure are guaranteed. However, brochure prices on bookings made on or after 1 February 2023 are subject to change - another reason to book early!
All our holiday prices are based on London Gatwick departures. Prices may vary for regional airports. Please check at the time of booking whether a supplement is payable.
Many of the holidays featured are to summer-only destinations but you will also find holidays which have a Christmas departure, are winter only or operate year round and offer great value during the winter months.
